Envelopes with rice and mackerel
Try to offer envelopes stuffed with rice, baked mackerel, green peas and onions. The envelopes turned out delicious, hearty and rosy! Is perfect for a hearty, family Breakfast, with a Cup of tea, and for afternoon snack!

Ingredients

Prepare the stuffing. Wrap mackerel in foil and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until tender. Boil the rice until tender according to package instructions. Got rice "Indica Brown" TM Mistral.

Cooked rice take out, allow to drain excess fluid.

Remove the mackerel from the oven, allow to cool, divide the fish into small pieces, carefully removing the bones. Add green peas and chopped green onions.
