Cooking
In warm water dissolve the yeast (yeast should be dissolved only in warm water, as from boiling water, they can curl).
Add the sugar and sift the flour (2 tbsp), mix well. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
After 15 minutes the yeast mixture will be ready. Add soda, salt and vegetable oil (3 tbsp), mix well.
Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth, and would lag behind the hands and from the walls of the bowl. Cover with a towel and leave for 40-50 minutes in a warm place.
The dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times.
Candied finely chopped (each color I have a 70 gr.).
Roll the dough into a rectangle, of a thickness not exceeding 0.6 cm
Lubricating layer of vegetable oil (1 tbsp).
Spread out the candied fruit.
Rolled them with a rolling pin.
Tightly roll the roulade and spread it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil (1 tbsp). To make cuts and using a pastry brush, top coat the roll with some water dissolved in it a small amount of sugar. Leave the loaf for 20 minutes to rise in a warm place. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
