There is a very tasty dish "Jomama", much loved by my family. So I decided to alter a few, in order to participate in the competition "Bright mood". And let me tell You - not in vain - the experiment was a success, my sybaritic (so I call their main consumers - husband and daughter) were very satisfied, although this has twisted a nose: "Oh, the pumpkin :( We don't Lubim :("

Ingredients

  • Flour

1. Purified pumpkin cut into small pieces, put in a saucepan, add a little water and boil until soft.

7. In the meat sauce add water to cover meat and vegetables, adjika, tomato paste, preservatives, salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. The sauce is ready.
