Patties of broccoli
Here came across this interesting recipe for meatballs. Very unusual. For me, anyway. Made the recipe and we liked it!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences. Wash. Drop into a pot of boiling water and boil for 2 minutes, no more.

Drain in a colander to drain and cool. Chop not very finely.

Chop green onions, and parsley. Garlic squeeze through chesnokodavku.

Now we have to combine all the ingredients of stuffing. For chopped broccoli and herbs add ground beef, eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly. Pre-soaked 2 slices of bread, I soaked in milk, squeeze excess liquid if needed. Add to the mince. It is kneaded.

The last step is to add olive oil and lemon juice, salt, and pepper. And again knead it. Put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

After 30 minutes take out the beef from the fridge, formed the patties and fry on both sides. You can spoon the mixture into a frying pan, you can mold with your hands dipped in water.

I have them on 2 times and fried on each side. Didn't want to be burnt, and to be sure that the minced meat is done.

My imagination enough to apply them with fried potatoes and salad. The burgers taste I really liked. And the minced meat was filled with broccoli, and it was way citric acidity. And the patties weren't dry. Wonderful!
