Ice cream in Greek
Very, very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

Raisins pour boiling water. After an hour drain the water, add the raisins and rum, cover and leave for 30 minutes.

Whisk the powdered sugar with cream and vanilla sugar.

To whipped cream add raisins with rum. Freeze.

When serving, decorate with nut kernels and quickly eat yummy!!!
