I must say that did half the rules, I got 14 cupcakes. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Chocolate melt in a water bath, set aside. Beat eggs with sugar, add butter, chocolate and milk, stir, pour whiskey. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder, add to batter and mix until smooth.
