Creamy toffee. For those who like it chewy toffee.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Honey

    50 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

Take a small sauce pan (if not nonstick, then great). Put the sugar, honey and 5 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil, then keep stirring constantly on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Separately boil the cream. Add cream to our weight and cook, stirring, until brown (I have time-it took about 20-25 minutes) over medium heat.
