Cooking
Oatmeal and fry a little, stirring constantly. Do not bring them until they began to darken. Enough of them dry well, and heat until the characteristic fried smell. Then good grind.
Protein separated from the yolks. RUB the yolk with sugar. Add the soft butter. Grind all together.
Add the breadcrumbs and well crushed corn flakes.
Then add the dough in the ground almonds and chopped into pieces chocolate.
Separately whisk in the white foam and mix up it into the dough.
Formed with wet hands cookies and spread on a baking sheet. It is not necessary to do them very thin so they don't dry. Bake at 180C for about 15 minutes. It would be nice at the end to hold them a minute under the grill (well this one is).
