So separate eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the whites until soft peaks form, continue beating and gradually add sugar, beat until shiny peaks tight. Those who like sweeter, add 150 g of sugar.
Whip the egg yolks with vanilla sugar. Whipped without sugar they are not very good, to achieve the thick blond mass will fail.
In the yolk mass gradually add parts flour mixed with cocoa, alternating with the portion of protein. This should be done so that in the end you still have almost half of the proteins. They do not need to stir very carefully at the picture you can see that in the test remain large "chunks" of proteins. But again, this is my experiment, you can make the dough in the usual way - jelke vzbit with sugar, then add the flour and whipped egg whites. I'm sorry if I confuse him.
