Cooking

step-0
That's what we need: cellophane, sweet pepper, onion, soy sauce Kikkoman, garlic, ginger, juice of lemon or lime nice orange or tangerine juice, almost any citrus will suit us!
step-1
Funchoza soak in warm water so that the water completely covered it. Cellophane needs to swell and become soft. While soaked cellophane, make slicing vegetables.
step-2
Cut the onion into quarter-or half-rings. Then we cut the pepper strips in size like pieces of onion. Grind a knife a clove of garlic, greens (Asian cuisine often use cilantro, but if you don't like parsley), cut or grate the piece of ginger (I pickled today).
step-3
In a pot or wok (you can use a deep, thick-walled pan) pour oil and add the peppers and onions, make maximum temperature, stir constantly.
step-4
We have no purpose to fry the onion and pepper. Bring the vegetables until tender and light transparency. Diminish the fire to a minimum.
step-5
Funchoza cut with scissors into several parts for convenience.
step-6
Offer funchoza to the vegetables, pour in the Kikkoman soy sauce, citrus juice (lemon, lime, Mandarin, orange).
step-7
Add chopped greens, garlic and ginger.
step-8
Mix well the vegetables, funchoza and spices in a pot and warmed for a few minutes. Try the taste, you may need to add more soy sauce or citrus juice.
step-9
The flavors are crazy! To wait anymore Yes and no! Served to the table! Good with fresh cucumber, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
