Chicken with French fries
There are many delicious ways of cooking chicken. The meat of this bird is very popular. It is prepared in various ways: boiled, soar, stewed, baked and fried. Cooking chicken is a pleasure, it is also simple. Today I offer you to cook a very delicious chicken with vegetables. For your recipe I took loved products of TM "Petelinka" - thigh "Special", chilled and seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Green onions

    1 coup

2. Chop onion rings and fry in hot oil until transparent. Then add the wine and simmer until its evaporation, not forgetting to stir.

3. Each chicken thigh chop into 3-4 pieces. Then wash and dry with paper towel.

4. In a well-heated vegetable oil, fry the chicken pieces on all sides until Golden brown. Put the chicken in a bowl.

5. Prepare lemon salt for vegetables. For this lemon wash well, even with boiling water to rinse and a good dry with a cloth. With lemon to remove with a fine grater zest, trying not to touch the white layer of the lemon. Lemon zest to put in a small bowl, pour the required amount of salt (to taste), and grind with pestle or clean hands.

8. Vegetables wash, dry paper towel. Potatoes peel and cut into thin strips (1 cm). Zucchini can be cut into large strips or slices.

9. Cook French fries. Heat the oil in a deep fryer and small portions put the potatoes and fry until Golden brown. After the potatoes are frying the slices of zucchini. Get ready the vegetables with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel. Then put the vegetables in a bowl, add lemon salt and gently stir.

10. Spread the chicken on a large warm dish. Put in a circle the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped green onions. To this dish you can serve fresh vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
