Fish with vegetables in the pan
This recipe I told my friend about 10 years ago. And since this fish I have in the menu. It's fantastically delicious! As an appetizer, and as a hot salad as a separate dish. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

Chop onions, carrots, peppers. Pour into the pan vegetable oil. First fried onions. Then add carrots and peppers. And fry until almost cooked. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly.

The fish is also cut large. It is important that bones wasn't in it! I usually buy hake fillets - it tastes best.

Lay out pieces of fish to the vegetables, salt and fry until ready. Usually by the time it's another 7-10 minutes. First, the fish gives a lot of juice. When the liquid is almost gone - the dish is ready!
