The first thing we need to prepare the lemon cream. That's all we need. I used my same recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/395 80/. With lemon remove the zest and squeeze the juice you need 40 grams.
In a small saucepan, whisk the egg and yolks with 150 g sugar, add the lemon juice and put in a water bath. Cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until the cream thickens and becomes like a thick cream. Then it must cool down completely, add the zest, riccota and mix thoroughly. It's easiest with a whisk.
Now for the test. To do this, combine the flour, baking powder 50 g coconut 140 g sugar, stir and add lightly beaten egg and melted butter 170 gr. The dough will be a bit like sand.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. in a square shape at first, lay out all the dough, leveling it. On it pour the whole milk even out and add the remaining coconut (50 grams). Put in oven for 40 minutes.
Over time the form get and in any case not trying to get a cake!!! You need to give him a good cool down, and better left in a cool place overnight. Then the filling fully hardens and will not be spread. In the morning cut into squares and can be treated.
Gentle as a cloud with a pronounced lemon flavor - just bliss. Very tasty with milk.
