Bavaria
Very light and sophisticated dessert with acidity, which can be made from any frozen or fresh berries. This cake I want to dedicate a wonderful person and chef Nina barska. Thanks to her recipe, I went to buy 1 kg of red berries and I don't want to! :)))

Ingredients

1 liter of water, bring to boil, add sugar (300 grams), berries (600 g) and 2 mint sprigs. Cook for 15 minutes, then remove mint and cool.

The syrup is separated from berries and save. 2/3 of the berries and 50 ml of the syrup blend in blender.

The bottom of a split form (diameter 26 cm) lay a parchment. I have cookies long, I cut it by sex. If You have short, simple cut is not a lot on the one hand, it is good to become in shape. Each cookie dipped on one side (without sugar) to the syrup and put it at the side of the form.
