Cheese cakes with raisins
If you have been in the fridge old sour curd – do not rush to throw it away. Try to cook these delicate porous soft cupcakes – the result will not disappoint you!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon peel

  • Powdered sugar

Heat the oven to 170 - 180 C melt the butter, add the sugar, vanilla, eggs and cheese – whisk. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder. A little bed in the cottage cheese and stir. Steam the raisins, roll it in the flour and pour in the dough at the end. Is obtained of cosistency as for pancakes. Molds to fill to approximately ¾ volume. Bake for about 30 minutes until lightly Browning. To check the readiness with a toothpick.
