Description
Rugelach is a traditional Jewish dish eaten at any time of the year. The filling may vary and include raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, chocolate, marzipan, poppy seeds, or fruit. Well, that's just Bagels. Very flavorful and delicious!

Cooking
Butter and cheese whisk in a magnificent mass with a mixer.
Add the powdered sugar, salt, vanilla and stir well. Powdered sugar and vanilla I have company NAA.
Add the flour and stir until you form a dough. Put the dough on a floured surface, roll into a ball. Divide the ball into 4 equal pieces. From each part to form a disc, wrap in plastic wrap put into the refrigerator for at least an hour at night.
In a Cup mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cinnamon I also NAA.
Roll out the dough into a circle quite thin. To grease with a yolk mixed with milk.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp coffee powder, then nuts on top of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Slightly flatten the filling with a rolling pin. Cut into 8 or 12 segments.
Roll each segment into a roll, starting with wide end. Spread on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 180 C for 25 min. Cool on the baking sheet.
