Description
A quick, yeast-free, rye cakes made with black and white sesame seeds, pink pepper on the cheese. Instead of salt I added KIKKOMAN soy sauce, no eggs. Great to take along on a nature instead of bread. Again-useful!

Cooking
Took fermented baked milk and repaid soda in it. You can take yogurt or sour milk.
Instead of salt poured KIKKOMAN soy sauce, added brown sugar. Sugar to take the taste. I love sweet dough.
Poured sunflower oil 2 tbsp, eggs are not laid and got the rye flour. The dough is thick, it is possible to form the pellets with a spoon or oil your hands.
From this dough turned out 5 pieces of flatbread. On top sprinkle black and white sesame seeds and sweet pink pepper. Put in a preheated oven until t 180 C for 15 minutes. Targeting on the oven.
