Liver cutlets
Fans of the liver-all are invited! And humble recipe you friends offer! Conventional, cozy, homey recipe! Rosy and juicy, with a side of meatballs! Prepared simply, and very easy..! Get hearty, diets for evil..! We have plates, they will disperse.. and can taste anyone will!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

Oatmeal pour the milk and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes

Liver to prepare, mince the liver, garlic and pancetta (or bacon)

Squeeze the oatmeal from the milk and add to the mince. Season with salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a pan (oil is not abuse.., frying fat will give fat) and quickly fry the patties on each side ( spoon)

Fold the cutlets in a bowl for extinguishing

Prepare the gravy: onions chopped and fry in butter, add sour cream, stir, pour 1 Cup of water, add salt, add spices.

The resulting sauce, pour over meatballs and simmer 15 minutes on low heat.

About 4 minutes before the end add ketchup or tomato sauce. (this is optional, if you don't, you can just a little more to put sour cream.) I do with tomato.
