Description
Kazandibi milk dessert. Very popular in Turkey. Kazandibi can be bought in any café, in any store, but can be done at home. In view of kazandibi unsightly, and even with the burnt crust. But in this burnt crust and ugliness hides one of delicious dairy desserts.

Cooking
Grease a form with butter and sprinkle evenly with powdered sugar. The form must be nonstick.
Mix wheat flour, starch, rice flour and add 0.5 cups of milk. Stir until lumps disappear. All dry ingredients pour full.
2 cups of milk in a saucepan, pour sugar, salt (pinch) and vanilla, bring to a boil. As soon as the milk boils, set aside.
2-3 tbsp hot milk is added to the starch mass, and stir the starch ground pour in the hot milk.
Put on medium heat, stirring constantly. As the milk comes to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes. The dairy liquid must turn into gustavito-viscous liquid (like condensed milk). Pour the mixture into a pre-prepared form.
We put our form on a medium heat. Once the mixture starts to boil, allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. After boil, turn the shape clockwise, boil, let boil for 2-3 minutes and again turn the form. So done until you return to the starting position. Leave the form on the side and with a spatula lift up our solidified mixture, if the bottom is burnt, then finished, if not burnt, then put another on the fire.
Form put on a wet surface, allow to cool. Once the form has cooled, put in refrigerator at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
To serve you can - cut in the shape of rectangles, and you can cut along the rectangle shape and wrap in a roll.
