And an American or Australian "cookies" - curves, the cracked, a huge, slightly burnt, but these favorites! Because they important to the content, not the form! Because they put their hearts and all that you taste... so: oatmeal cookies with cherries, nuts and white chocolate! Make yourself comfortable!

Cooking
Mix white and brown sugar. You can take them in any proportions, but the more brown, the darker will get Your cookies and more caramelized taste. Add softened butter and beat into a soft mousse to dissolve the sugar.
Mix flour with baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add a pinch of nutmeg.
Add rolled oats (regular, not quick cooking). Them make better to dry in the oven or in a frying pan.
5-7 minutes calcined nuts in a hot frying pan. Chop them and add to the flour.
Then dried cherries (cranberries, raisins).
Mangled chocolate (not very finely) and also add the flour. My chocolate "unprofessional," meaning that when baking it to melt. Ideally, the chocolate should be visible after baking.
Eggs will beat into a soft mousse. Add to them a spoonful of brandy. With a mixer on low speed or by hand mix all ingredients. Put the dough to cool for an hour, and at night.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. On baking paper put the dough balls at a distance from each other. Then slightly pressed them on top. Depending on the oven bake for 12-15 minutes, until browned. If You have more of white sugar or only one, the cookies will remain light.
Take out of the oven with a spatula (cookies are until soft, later will solidify) and spread on bars. Grille for cooling baking plays an important role! Pastry cools evenly and the bottom is not going to condensate. I use a regular grid from the oven, just put it on 2 pillars, for ventilation.
