Cooking
Turn the oven on 200*With Split eggs on whites and yolks. Beat until foamy: protein + 3 tbsp water + salt When whisking egg whites, gradually adding 100g sugar and 1 patch. vanilla sugar. Then one by one add the yolks, stir and sift flour with baking powder, add to the mass, mix well.
Spread biscuit dough in the form (ø 26 cm), covered with baking paper, flatten, put in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200*C (watch on your oven)
The cooled cake cut into 2 Korzh, cool completely.
While the cake cools, make cream and hazelnut cream.
Mix 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 patch. vanilla sugar and 2 patch. a fixative cream. Then whisk in the cream, gradually adding the mixture. Beat until "soft peaks".
Lay off 1/3 of whipped cream, the remaining cream, add chopped nuts, mix and spread the resulting cream on the bottom cake.
Cover with a second Korzh and coat the top and sides of cake left white cream.
For marzipan "blankets" a lot of marzipan cut into cubes, mix with powdered sugar and knead like dough until you get a homogeneous mass.
Roll out marzipan mass using cling film or greaseproof paper to a diameter of 35 cm (approximately). Using film transfer "blanket" on the cake and covered it, and tap lightly on top and sides. The extra "blanket" can be cut (figured I just bent the excess in the form of Rantisi). The blunt side of a knife to cut this cake into 16 segments.
Then decorate the cake as desired. The recipe was offered to whip the cream, is to isolate each segment by the "rosette", the top decorating it with a nut. I went the easy way: bought small meringues (shki) and chocolate hearts - and they decorated.
All! put in the refrigerator until guests arrive (not forgetting to take a picture :) for the Cook) 1 Kus. - 460 calories.
