Description
This ice cream is for lovers of sweet, it has a distinct banana taste, but not cloying!!! And the caramel sauce perfectly complements it. Try it, it's delicious.

Cooking
Bananas cut, in a pan melt the butter and add the bananas, fry for 5 minutes on medium heat then add the honey and stir everything so that all soaked with honey. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Bananas together with the liquid poured into a container where we are going to whisk, add milk, dry milk, sugar, a little less than a quarter Cup and whisk in the mashed potatoes.
We spread our sauce in an airtight container and put in freezer for one hour, take out and beat again, and so 6 times.
The next day, prepare the caramel. Sugar (about 5-6 tablespoons) dissolved in 10 tablespoons of water, cook stirring until it boils, then leave for a while until the mixture starts to darken, then add the butter and well pomeshivat (careful, the oil shoots), remove from the heat and add the cream little by little. Knead well and set to cool. The mixture does not harden!!!
Get ice cream from the freezer, allow to stand for 5 minutes pour caramel sauce and sprinkle with nuts. It's a bomb)))
