Description
As promised, lay out your favorite wheat yeast, is grown on the basis of the raisins. Starter is strong and it turns out fluffy and delicious bread.

Cooking
All easy and very simple. To begin with, take 0.5 cups dry not washed chopped raisins, pour into 1 l jar, add 1 tsp of sugar or honey.
Pour 1 Cup of warm water.
And sift immediately in a jar 5 tbsp with slide wheat flour.
Close tight lid and place in a warm place ( I have a window sill on the Sunny side) for 1-2 days.
To bubbles and sharp unpleasant smell.
Then strain through a sieve, raisins are no longer needed.
Pour the yeast back in a 1 l jar, sift in a jar 5 tbsp with slide wheat flour, add 100 ml of warm water and stir.
Add 1 tsp of sugar or honey.
Under a damp cloth in two layers ( ssori for a rag, it was what it was...) and in a warm place for a day.
Again feed: 5 tbsp wheat flour+ 100 ml of warm water+ 1 tsp of sugar or honey. Under a damp cloth and warmed up to 100 degrees off oven
Now it only remains to see that the starter is not escaped ( I have already escaped four times, so I put the jar on a plate). When the yeast was grown to the edges of the banks, it is ready for baking.
Selected yeast for bread, the rest do not touch. The next day, again, feed ( 5 tablespoons whole wheat flour+ 100 ml of warm water+ 1 tsp sugar or honey).
