What can I say about this drink? It performs two important functions - supports us in shape and protects from the cold! Especially good in cold season, with frost or moisture... or in the evening, when hands reach for the fridge... well, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Briar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    2 slice

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

Ginger cut into thin slices (choose juicy roots)

Garlic peel and also slice thinly

Rosehip rinse with warm water

Fold the ginger, garlic and rose hips in thermos and pour boiling water. Let stand at least 2 hours.
