Cooking
Fish butcher, separating the meat from the skin.
Prepare sauce in which to marinate the fish... Honey we need in liquid form, so if you have it sugar - not a problem. Put the required amount of honey in a bowl and put in the microwave a little less than a minute (attention! the process is better controlled, so that the honey does not boil!) Soy sauce, combine with olive oil. Add liquid honey and bring to homogeneity.
In a deep container to fold the fish pieces and pour their freshly made sauce. While the meat will marinate, turn to vegetables!
Bulgarian pepper cut into medium-sized pieces. Celery cut into small pieces.
Carrots cut into thin strips.
Mushrooms cut in half and cut each part in thin slices.
In a deep frying pan on medium heat for 2 minutes saute the carrots and mushrooms. Add bell pepper and celery. While the vegetables stew, cook for them, the sauce -- 4 tablespoons of honey and soy mix. Pour the sauce into the vegetables and simmer over medium heat until tender.
By this time the fish is marinated enough. Backnut fish pieces in a paper towel, the excess moisture we do not need it!
On each side, roll the fish in corn starch.
In a pan add enough oil that the fish were covered them half.
Fry the fish on each side until Golden brown and fully cooked.
By the time the vegetables are ready.
Thanks to the marinade of soy sauce and honey, fish turns out tender and juicy, and the vegetables are filled with truly magnificent spicy taste.
One of the main tenets of Chinese cooking says that the food should be not only tasty and healthy, but also therapeutic. No wonder almost no meal is complete without soy sauce, which is rich in vitamins and minerals - vitamin B6, Riboflavin, iron, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, manganese and protein. Besides, Chinese chefs hardly use salt because soy sauce already has a salty taste, and the use of salt would be superfluous. A variety of products and the contrast of flavors once again confirms that the Chinese are truly connoisseurs of refined and exquisite cuisine! Moreover, it is never too late to celebrate, though not Russian, but Chinese new year by preparing this dish than you will definitely surprise your loved ones!
