Oat flakes grind in a blender (the chopper). In view of its absence it is possible to use the grinder.
In a bowl mix the flour with soda. Sift through a sieve. This procedure I always try to do the twice. For a better effect.
In a separate bowl RUB (or whisk) the butter with the sugar. White.
To this mixture gradually, stirring, add the egg, sour cream (room temperature), honey, oatmeal and flour with soda. Carefully mix the dough. The consistency is not thick it turns out. In the original recipe it was proposed to transplant the dough on a greased cookie sheet pastry bag. I'm on a baking tray lay a baking paper or foil as this time (not the best option), and then a tablespoon spread the dough. Cookies greatly increased in size, so it's best between biscuits to keep the distance of 3-5 cm and I usually forget I have them clumped ))) Top you can sprinkle sesame seeds or oats.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200-220 degrees. The cookie is very soft, crumbly, fragrant. Before removing it from the mould, leave for five minutes to "think".
