Pie with rice and fish
Simple to make a cake, with a delicate filling of crispy rice, salmon and wild mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Allspice

Fish (I used salmon, any fillet) wash, remove the skin. Boil until tender in salted water, adding a few twigs of clove and allspice. When the fish has cooled down, disassemble it into pieces if you get bone - extract.

Boil the rice.

The dough defrosted. Cook hard-boiled eggs. Mushrooms (I have mushrooms) slice, simmer them with cream of five minutes. Salt. Everything is ready, you can begin to assemble the pie.

Form to cover with paper. Roll out the dough, put in shape, smooth. You can take any form. The first layer is fish.

The last layer of rice, well leveled.

Cover it with the dough to seal the edges. Up to pierce with a fork. Put in the oven (temperature of 200-220°). until tender ( about 20 minutes).

When the cake is browned, leave it in the oven. When slightly cooled, can be cut.

I decided to make the sauce: grind in a blender pickles, garlic, sour cream and a few drops of lemon juice. Bon appetit.
