Description
This is quite simple to prepare, but this delicious dish I was introduced to girls from Taiwan... this fried rice, I liked to try the Chinese restaurant, but now I cook it at home! Like both adults and children!

Cooking
Rice put in a bowl and rinse several times in cold water. Then put in a colander and rinse again under running water. Put the rice in a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut into small cubes of cooked ham.
At the same time prepare green peas. You can either boil in a steamer or in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, without bringing to full readiness, when the dot still retains its fresh green color.
Clean the onion and chop, it is best to use for this blender.
Meanwhile, cooked rice put in a colander and drain off the water. Set aside briefly aside.
Break in a bowl the three eggs and stir with a fork. Add to eggs and half of the chopped onions.
In a frying pan (preferably in a wok, that is in a special deep frying pan with thin walls, often used in Chinese cuisine for stir-frying foods!) heat 2 tbsp of peanut butter and pour eggs with onions. Fry the egg mixture, stirring all the time...
Once cooked (it will take about 1-2 minutes), transfer them to a plate and mash more with a fork, breaking up into small lumps.
In a frying pan (wok) pour the remaining oil and add in order, first the ham, followed by the peas. Then spread the remaining onions and stir, fry slightly in a frying pan. Be sure that nothing burnt!
Add to this mixture rice and mix well. While stirring, pour in the soy sauce and give it how it should be distributed...
In the end, add the rice mixture to the egg "crumbs".
Mix all and serve immediately! Pepper to taste! )))
