Salmon with mashed potatoes
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Marina called "fish in a mashed potato" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". About the existence of this recipe I did not anticipate. Wonder what happens in the end. The recipe in General, not changed... I Want to say that I was not disappointed in the result set.

Boil the potatoes. At the end of cooking, add a little salt and cook the puree. Mashed potatoes, I did without milk. On the water, which boiled potatoes. Add three tablespoons of voimix oil or butter. (OIMEXA I use instead of butter. It is cholesterol-free and vitamin a,D,E).

Now prepare the spicy marinade. Pour water into a saucepan and immerse carrots, coarsely chopped, onion, stalk celery, Bay leaf, allspice pepper and salt seasoning. (My seasoning, dried carrots, parsley root, celery, parsley and dill). Bring to boil the water, then submerge in the marinade the salmon pieces. Five minutes the salmon should cook. The second bulb I roasted in olive oil... Left to prepare a sauce from milk and flour. In a pan, fry the flour in olive oil until Golden brown and pour in the milk. Season with a little salt. If you get lumps, that's okay, pass the sauce through a sieve.

Turn the oven on 180 gr. Form for baking grease with butter. The bottom and edges sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put into a form of puree. On mashed potatoes to lay out the pieces of salmon. On top sprinkle fried onions and pour the sauce. Put the form in the oven for 10 minutes.

Form remove, sprinkle top with cheese and put back in the oven higher to a rosy color. In all the preparations took me about an hour. I think you can prepare much faster.

This piece I cut immediately after removing from the oven. On a plate put lettuce. In the center of the leaves put mashed potatoes with salmon. Decorated with two types of shrimp and green onions.
