Cooking
Bought two last fish. The house saw that they are different from each other. The head and the body of the fish is different.
The fish gut. Head leave. Here the photo shows their differences. A boy and a girl. Cook Bay leaf, seasoning, lemon and onions (onions in the original recipe was not, but what's fish without it!)
The eggs I put in each mackerel. Milk threw the gulls out the window. Tucked seasoning, onions and squeezed lemon juice inside the fish and outside.
Bay leaves spread across the length and mackerel on top. Then tightly wrapped in foil.
Cleaned mackerel in the already heated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. After this time took the pan with the fish and opened the top of the foil. Then again put the fish in the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
Prepared mackerel to release from the foil, the head can be removed and served up with potatoes and onion leeks.
Each mackerel I made two servings. Bay leaves didn't spoil the taste of mackerel, and added a special flair!
