The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user kirillovaov under the name "Lemon pie" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very easy to make a cake with a strong lemon taste.

Cooking
Lemons boil for 15 minutes, then cool in cold water.
Squeeze the juice from the pulp and to select the bones. Then pour boiling water, bringing the volume of juice to 250 ml, add 1 Cup sugar and stir thoroughly. The resulting syrup until set aside - we'll soak finished cake. Remaining lemon peel grind in any way (meat grinder, blender, or just leaves with a knife).
Beat the eggs with salt and 1 Cup of sugar, add honey.
Pour the flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough the consistency of thick cream.
In last turn to add ground lemon peel.
Form of grease with butter and lay parchment paper, put into it the dough and put in preheated to 170 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Ready pie to cool for ten minutes. Then remove from the mold, remove the paper and put it back in shape, only the bottom up. Pour lemon pie impregnation and allow to cool. Then slice with a sharp knife and enjoy. Bon appetit!
