Chocolate cake with olive oil
This cake is no ordinary cake. Its structure is rather similar to cookies, melting in the mouth. Very aromatic, chocolate, cinnamon and raisins. Perfect for a Cup of coffee or tea. Many prefer it in the form of heat, warming the piece cut off before use. With the preparation to cope with any, even a beginner cook. Can be stored for at least 4-5 days without a refrigerator. Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

  • Olive oil

    160 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Almonds

    160 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix it with olive oil and mix well.

Add the powdered sugar, stir. If you don't want sweet, reduce the amount of powder.

In a bowl mix flour and chopped almonds.

Add the raisins and cinnamon. Stir.
