Roast on power
Delicious roast! Dinner for men the most. Hearty, flavorful dish! The recipe was found by me in the journal "Deli", not once tried and always an excellent result. Why the power? Because this dish was used by V. I. Lenin when he was in exile in Shushenskoe. And he loved the dish a shot of vodka, salty cucumber and sauerkraut. I advise you to try, very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Melted butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Potato peel, cut in large cubes and fry in oil (0,5 tbsp)

Onions and carrots clean, cut into cubes and fry in 0.5 tbsp oil in another pan.

Meat wash, dry, chop into 6 pieces. Preheat a frying pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the meat on all sides for 5-7 minutes. Should be Golden brown.

Put in a pot of fried meat and potatoes.

On top lay the browned carrots and onions. Add the parsley root and celery (I have them dried), salt, pepper, put a Bay leaf and add small amount of broth (I have all the watching my weight, because I add the same quantities of boiling water).

Our cover pots with a lid and put them in a preheated 180*C oven, cook 30 minutes.

10 minutes before readiness in each pot add 0,5 tbsp of sour cream, sprinkle with crushed garlic and chopped herbs.
