Fish cutlets with cheese
The meatballs are soft, tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Cheese

    0.5 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Roll

    3 slice

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Flour

And so, the first thing to make mincemeat out of our fillet. I trusted combine (but you can through a meat grinder). Grind (or them) the fish, onion and soaked bread.

In prepared stuffing add the cheese, parsley, egg. Knead well + spices (salt, pepper and any spices for fish).

From ready-minced meat formed patties (I'm in the middle of each cake put another slice of butter). If you minced it seems to watery, just add a little monkey. Or fry a test meatball (pre-roll her in flour)

Ready cutlets, roll in flour and fry. Everything is ready. But I always put the meatballs in the microwave for 5 minutes (but not necessarily).
