Refractory form of grease with vegetable oil. Onions and garlic peel and grind them. Sweet peppers remove seeds and cut into cubes or strips. Mushrooms wash and cut into quarters. Peel zucchini and cut into strips. RUB the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika powder and fry a little on both sides in vegetable oil.
All of the ingredients, the broth and the tomatoes put in a refractory form and stir. Salt, pepper and seasoned with oregano. Put the chicken legs, cover with foil or a lid and put in a cold oven. Heated to 200 degrees. Bake for 60 min.
