Cooking
Young peeled peas cook in boiling salted water for 12 min after boiling.
Drain the water; peas grind in a mixer or blender with garlic and ground pepper,
add the egg, cottage cheese, crackers (40 g) and herbs;
chop all together; season with salt to taste and mix well.
Ready cottage cheese put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Of the remaining (80 g) breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to make the batter.
From pea and cottage cheese mixture to form the balls and breaded; lay on a baking sheet covered with paper for baking,
and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 15 minutes.
