Air croquettes of young peas with cheese and garlic, breaded in bread crumbs with sesame seeds - a perfect hot appetizer or side dish. Source -"Maxi cuisine".

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    500 g

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Bread crumbs

    120 g

  • Sesame

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Young peeled peas cook in boiling salted water for 12 min after boiling.

Drain the water; peas grind in a mixer or blender with garlic and ground pepper,

add the egg, cottage cheese, crackers (40 g) and herbs;

chop all together; season with salt to taste and mix well.

Ready cottage cheese put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Of the remaining (80 g) breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to make the batter.
