Dumplings
I like the recipe of dumplings "the Cupid" with the liver... And, as usual, is slightly altered. So prepared even the most boring store-bought dumplings go with a Bang! I wrote a time of 30 minutes, but the knack can be prepared 1 to 2 servings twice or even three times faster, is slightly longer than cooking the dumplings. Similar recipe here already, but my easier.

Ingredients

  • Offal

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

Put on the fire water for the dumplings and the pan with a bit of butter, cut onions, carrots and giblets.

Fry the vegetables and giblets, throw the dumplings cook until soft, turn the oven. The classic way of cooking the dumplings for 3 minutes as it surfaced, then 1.5 minutes both come up and stop. I'm at work barely wait to get out and that they'd had enough. :-)

Potribno sprinkle with salt and dressed with sour cream, I also scuffed it with a spoon in the pan to further grind the liver. Optionally, you can add a little ketchup or tomato paste - not be worse. Cooking pots, quick cut greens.

Arrange the dumplings in portions of the pots (10-15 pieces, depending on size of dumpling), cover equally potribno and add taste of the broth (I each poured 3 tablespoons of broth), in which the cooked dumplings, place herbs in the oven.
