Raisin bagels with mint frosting
Delicate, lush and delicious yeast rolls for carrot juice with peppermint protein frosting! I think these you haven't tried!!! Well, look it up - while they're still there!!!

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    100 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Orange zest

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    2 Tbsp
