Scones with orange marmalade
Cozy rolls with homemade orange marmalade. Who loves tea? Who coffee? Delicious with any drink. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    820 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Serum

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Jam

    200 g

In a saucepan, mix the serum and cream. Put on fire, heated to complete dissolution of cream. I had a very thick cream so I had them heat until they are dissolved in the serum.

Liquid chill to lukewarm and dissolve yeast in it.

Add sugar, salt and 3 eggs. Mix well.

Sift the flour and knead a soft dough.

On the working surface pour the 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the dough and knead it well. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.

After the dough put in a bowl and cover with cling film. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour 20 minutes to rise.

Ready to work the dough is divided into pieces, which roll into balls. Below the pieces of dough do not a little dried out while you work, cover them with foil.
