Sauce for boiled potatoes, almost DZA-Jiki
Delicate light sauce with a slight slight kick, my dad was making it with dill, but I like it with oregano. Girls, congratulations to all, I apologize for what put such a simple recipe, but I hope maybe someone will like it :))

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

I have here a oregano.

It's very simple: mix yogurt with finely grated or crushed garlic and add the oregano, my dad did with the dill, taste a little different, but for me not much.:) Like her husband, when add some salt to this sauce, but it's not for everybody. The sauce is better to give 7-10 minutes to stand up to the garlic slightly parted and oregano was Megha.
