Biscuits honey madeleines with chocolate chips
Well, what to say? I have these molds, I will exploit them! I want to present you another delicious recipe of the Madeleine. Output... Fragrant delicate pastries... Two tea family and it is possible to go back something tasty to cook. So glad that the first time everything was delicious and no problems!!! The recipe is stored in the "favorite"!!! Cookies turned out exactly 48 stuff. Recipe from Tatiana Nazaruk.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    135 g

  • Honey

    60 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Flour

    135 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Melt butter with honey on the stove and heat about 5 minutes until Golden brown. Leave to cool at room temperature.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar (I put slightly less than indicated by the author) and salt to increase the weight by almost 3 times.

Add the sifted flour with soda and baking powder into the egg mixture. Mix well.

Pour cooled honey-oil mixture and stir.

Add the chopped chocolate. Now the tiles are 90 and 85 grams. Nothing to worry about. It was not so important (I had 90g)

Fill tins no more than 3/4 full.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (it is better to check out a splinter)
