Cooking
Peeled potatoes boiled in salted water until tender. In addition to the salt, I dosed the water with parsley and pepper. But it is optional. The water from the drained potatoes and leave the potatoes to cool slightly (10 minutes) that would further raw egg not cooked.
While the potato is cooking, fry the bacon until crispy, cut cheese into thin slices. The cheese can be any, I picked up mozzarella for baking.
With a potato masher mash potatoes until smooth puree, add the egg, flour mixed with baking powder, pour in the cream, stir, add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman, ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley. All stir again. The batter for the waffles is ready. The amount of soy sauce depends on what kind of cheese we use for the filling. Mozzarella - fresh cheese, if the cheese - like the Russian, the soy sauce might be enough for 1 tbsp
Heated apparatus for baking thick waffles, grease the form of vegetable oil each time before adding a new portion of the test. For one wafer spread 1 heaped tablespoon of the dough, then slice of fried bacon and a slice of cheese. Spread on top of incomplete a spoon of the dough to close her stuffing.
Close the machine and bake waffles until done. From this quantity of dough makes 8 waffles (2 pieces per serving).
