Today I'm going to make yogurt from yogurt ready mix from the company Orsik. From one package, it turns out 1 liter of the ready low-calorie yogurt. The mixture contains lactic cultures: Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus.
Very comfortable, when suddenly there is no milk or you are "dieting". Is well very simple - pour 850 ml. of water and add contents of package, stir and fermentarium. Today I made yoghurt mix with the strawberry flavor. Fermented in the thermos, poured hot water according to the instructions for the thermos and put the glass with yoghurt, closed and left overnight (12 hours). You can cook in a conventional yogurt maker. The finished yogurt to put on day in the refrigerator - it will become thicker and more concentrated.
Had a wonderful low-calorie yogurt. Light and healthy food without excess calories. Rich – for more flavor you need to ferment the yogurt longer than 8-10 hours. Ready yogurt sweet ( in moderation) with natural flavor. Sweet tooth you can sweeten yogurt prepared by adding 2-4 tablespoons of sugar or honey.
Next, prepare the candy. In the finished yogurt add bananas and all the berries (fruits). Bananas in yoghurt candy, I add necessarily - they are a kind of thickener. In anticipation of summer, I want to give some tips on cooking the fruit (berry pastille). Sour berries - blackberries, cranberries, cranberries, gooseberries, cherry plums, plums, more convenient and much tastier to make candy than to dry.
