Pie-flan Cake.. the shifter.. Smart.. Arabic cake cake.. It's all about him. I found him wandering around cooking sites. Wandered somehow to the website, where we communicate Eastern domohozyayka, discuss a dish of wonderful, for me, the name. Decided to bake. Frankly, I think that the idea is not of the best. Didn't believe in it.. well, for me it is pie-opening!

Cooking

Intrigued by the recipe, I decided to find variations of this dessert. And found. The milk layer can be made with sour cream or with condensed milk. I think to experiment :)
