Green pie
At the weekend I was visiting my parents out of town, mom had a lot of greenery. And it turned out this delicious and delicate cake.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sorrel

    100 g

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Dill

    40 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Nutmeg

    10 g

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

Cooking

Finely chop the sorrel.
