Cooking
Take any fish of the salmon species. We have the cheapest (budget) salmon. The fish itself is dry, but that sauce is amazing. Cut the fish into fillets, remove the bones (I leave the skin), cut into pieces about 2 cm.
In frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the fish pieces. Don't know about you, but I put skin-side down. Fry for 2 minutes on each side, remove to a plate.
In the same oil fry chopped onion half rings and mushrooms (about 5 minutes). I have small mushrooms, cut in half.
Add the cream and cream cheese, stir, allow to boil, diminishes the fire, the sauce thickens quickly.
Add salt, finely cut garlic, mustard, stir.
Put the chopped greens (I have parsley) and fried fish.
Mix everything together, turn off the fire, allow fish to soak up the sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with green onion. With this combination of fish, rice, potatoes, spaghetti, vegetables. Bon appetit!
