Description
The name "soufflé" comes from the French word "souffle" which means "breath, breath". Souffle is not only easy, sweet, with added sugar or berries, but also more satisfying, for example, cheese, meat or vegetables. These soufflés can easily replace a heavy Breakfast or dinner.

Cooking
