Cooking
To turn on the oven to preheat to 200°C; roll out the dough, put in a baking dish on a baking sheet; pierce with fork in several places; sprinkle with nuts and 1 tsp. of flour.
On top lay the pineapple halves; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Beat eggs with cream, sugar, vanilla, remaining flour and pour pineapple; put the pie in the oven.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Before you remove the cake from the mold to cool for about 10 minutes Bon appetit!!!
