Beat eggs with a mixer until it foams up (1-2 minutes).
Don't stop to whisk, small portions add sugar. Beat until white.

Add to the dough bag (a good squeeze, if allowed a lot of juice) and mix gently with a spatula.
In a few receptions add the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir the dough.
Cake pan (23 x 13 cm) greased with vegetable oil. Be sure to cover it of baking paper to hanging a small tip. It's more convenient to get ready the cake. I was just too late to remember it. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35 minutes.
While baked cake, prepare the oatmeal streusel: in the bowl of a blender pour the cereal, sugar and cold butter. To break into crumbs. Put into the refrigerator.
After 35 minutes take out the cake from the oven and arrange on top of the whole of streusel. Put in oven for 20-25 minutes. Be guided by your oven! (Bake until dry splinter).
Leave the cake in the form for 10-15 minutes, then place on a dish and let cool completely.
