Cakes made from puff pastry in the form of shells. Inside the delicate cream filling with orange flavor.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Ricotta

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Salt

To prepare the puff pastry for cakes. In a bowl, combine the sifted flour, half a Cup of sugar, a pinch of salt. Add cool butter - half a serving.
